  • 10:00 – 19:00 Registration of all teams at the tournament registration desk (Entrance at The Romanos Hotel).
  • 10:00 – 18:00 Registration of all Professional Players at the PGA’s of Europe desk (Entrance at The Romanos Hotel).

Wednesday

  • 09:00 – 18:00 Registration of all teams at the tournament registration desk (Entrance at the House of Events/ The Romanos Hotel).
  • 09:00 – 12:00 Registration of all Professional Players at the PGA’s of Europe desk (Entrance at the House of Events/ The Romanos Hotel).
  • Official Practice Day at The Dunes Course and The Bay Course.
  • 20:30 Welcome Reception “Hello September” at the “Agora”.
    Dress Code: Smart Casual // Wear something yellow!

  • 1st Tournament Day (18 holes) of the 14th ''AEGEAN Airlines Pro-Am'', (The Dunes Course and The Bay Course) alongside with the 1st round of individual professional game.

  • 2nd Tournament Day (18 holes) of the 14th ''AEGEAN Airlines Pro-Am'' (The Dunes Course and The Bay Course) alongside with the 2nd round of individual professional game.
  • 20:30 Social event ''90’s Night'' and Prize Giving of additional awards at the Great Hall at the House of Events (Entrance at the ''Agora'').
    Dress Code: Casual // Take a look on the 90s and Game On!

Saturday

21st

SEPTEMBER 2019

  • 3rd individual round (18 holes) of 62 Professional Players (The Dunes Course).
  • ''Aegean Airlines Cup 2019'' (The Dunes Course & The Bay Course). Stableford Game.
  • 16:00 Putting Event, at the Putting Green of Dunes Course (Limited to 30 participants).
  • 20:30 Gala Dinner and Prize Giving Ceremony- Celebrating AEGEAN’s 20 Years Anniversary at the Great Hall at the House of Events (Entrance at the ''Agora'').
    Dress Code: Lounge suit (Women: Formal gown / Men: Suit with a tie).

Important Notes:

Attendance at the Welcome Reception (18/9/2019) and Prize Giving Ceremony – Gala Dinner (21/9/2019) is mandatory for all players of the tournament.
Only children over the age of 12 years, are permitted to attend the above social events.
