REGISTRATION/PARTICIPATION POLICY

  • Deadline for entries is April 16th, 2012
  • Entries will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Places are limited to 45 teams.
  • An entry is considered valid, only after full payment of the amateur entry fee has been completed.
  • Amateurs are required to provide their exact handicap on the entry form at the time of entry and will be asked to confirm their handicap at the registration desk of the event. Any amendments MUST be notified by 10.00hrs on Wednesday 30th May
  • All prize winners will be required to provide current proof of handicap before their team is presented with their prizes. For those players who possess a "EGA/USGA" related handicap, the slope system will apply to the tournament and each amateur will play from the applicable handicap. Those players whose handicap is not related to the "slope" system (CONGU) should provide their exact current handicap at their home club and this will be readjusted according to the calculation provided by the EGA to suit a 'sloped' golf course.
  • Amateur Competitors must bring their current handicap certificate with them. Any player who fails to present a handicap certificate to the Registration desk at The Aphrodite Hills Golf Club prior to Round 1 will not be permitted to compete.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Cancellations can be accepted up to April 16th, 2012 without any penalty fee.
    • For written cancellations (by fax or e-mail) received up to April 16th 2012 a handling fee of €250 will be
      charged. Substitute competitors will be accepted upon written application until April 30th, 2012 provided that they submit a Registration Form, filled in, for the replacing participant. After May 1st, 2012
      substitutions could be made by the PGAs of Europe.
    • All refunds will be made up to 30th June 2012.
    • For any cancellations after April 16th 2012 there will be no refund of entry fees. Also, no refunds will
      be made upon failure of proof by the amateur of the current handicap certificate at the Championship
      Office prior to Round 1.
    PAYMENT DETAILS

    • You could pay for the registration fees by credit card or bank transfer.
    An email confirming your registration will be sent to you within three (3) working days after having received this Registration Form and the payment is settled. Should you not receive this email, please contact the Event Organizer: reg-aegeanproam@afea.gr

    DISCLAIMER: Aegean Airlines S.A. and the PGAs of Europe reserve the right to change or cancel any part of the tournament program before the competition due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond their control.
    No liability is assumed by Aegean Airlines S.A. and the PGAs of Europe for changes in program, date, content, events, speakers and venue.
