Important note:
Attendance at the Welcome Reception and Prize Giving Ceremony is mandatory for all players in the tournament.
Should competitors (professionals and/or amateurs) wish to bring along partners or family members to the social events the payable fee shall be at € 150 per person, covering all and any of the 3 social events (May 30thand June 1st, 2nd).
Only children over the age of 12 years old are permitted to attend the above social events. Such participation is also subject to the above mentioned fee.
Social events' participating fee may be paid to the event organizer AFEA S.A. upon registration and until April 16th, 2012 (please contact the event organizer via email at reg-aegeanproam@afea.gr for payment details). If participation fee is not received until such date, then attendance cannot be confirmed.
