Important information
* For all players in the tournament, attendance is mandatory in Welcome Reception and Prize Giving Ceremony. Note: winners will be awarded trophies only upon physical attendance in the Prize Giving Ceremony.
* Children under the age of 14 years are not permitted to attend the above functions. Information regarding babysitting options will be available shortly.
 

Accompanying Persons Fee

Should competitors (professionals and/or amateurs) wish to bring along partners or family members to the social events the payable fee shall be at € 150 per person, covering all and any of the 3 social events (June 2nd, 3rd and 4th), i.e. Welcome Cocktail Reception at the Dunes Course Club House, 2nd June 2010, BBQ at the Resort Village area, 4th June 2010 and Prize Giving Ceremony & Gala Dinner at the Romanos Resort Pool Area, 5th June 2010. Social events participating fee may be paid at the event organizer AFEA S.A. until May 26, 2010 (please contact the event organizer via email at reg-aegeanproam@afea.gr for payment details). If participation fee is not received until such date, then attendance cannot be confirmed.
